275 days prior to your arrival at the hotel:
100% refund of your deposit.
274-96 days prior to your arrival at the hotel:
80% refund of your deposit.
95-61 days prior to your arrival at the hotel:
70% refund of the total cost of your trip.
60-31 days prior to your arrival at the hotel:
50% refund of the total cost of your trip.
30-0 days prior to your arrival at the hotel:
You may choose between forfeiting the cost of the trip (ie 100% cancellation fee) or asking us to hold the total amount as a credit towards another booking made by you within 24 months of the date of your cancellation.
We strongly advise that you, and all members of your group, have appropriate and adequate insurance, including cancellation insurance, for your trip. If one client is booking on behalf of a group, we ask that person to confirm that all adult members of the group (aged 16 years+ at the time of arrival at the hotel) are aware of and understand our advice regarding insurance and that any members aged below 16 years have a named/nominated fellow adult traveller who will perform this duty on their behalf.
Payments to Us
We require a deposit of 20% of the total cost of your holiday at the time of booking. The balance of your payment is due to reach our account 95 days prior to your arrival at the hotel.
We request full payment for any bookings made within 95 days of your arrival at the hotel

Each client is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary documents required by their country of departure/transfer and Italy. Please be aware that different regions within the same country may have different requirements. We know this can be confusing and will help you with the rules and regulations which might be in place in Italy/Tuscany during the period of your visit. If rules change during your stay with us, we will assist you with any necessary action which needs to be taken to adhere to new rules.
