Most of our guests choose to stay with us for between five and seven nights. We offer full flexibility so you can start your vacation and depart iCastagni on any day of the week to suit your travel plans.

Each stay is uniquely crafted to suit you and your group, so no two itineraries are ever the same and we absolutely never cut-and-paste or repeat programs. To help you visualise your potential stay, we offer below a 'sample' itinerary for a five-night private-stay program.

Day One
arrive by private transfer

Day Two
a relaxed breakfast and then​

visit majestic Montepulciano, a town which embodies much of classic Tuscany with its winding streets, fabulous 'piazza' (town square), amazing architecture, history, and wonderful shopping opportunities. You will enjoy a long lunch with excellent wines; a relaxed afternoon will be followed by dinner in the area's premier restaurant
Day Three
visit a vineyard that doesn't advertise. Meet one of the area's most successful Brunello wine producers and sample a variety of the estate's wines over lunch; a hilltop town visit in the afternoon will be followed by a relaxed evening at iCastagni with dinner prepared for you by a private chef.​​
Day Four
today's visit will be to neighbouring Pienza, a stunning and quintessentially-Italian town, a world-heritage site, and therefore a must-see location; lunch will focus on traditional local recipes and wines; your afternoon will take you into the picture-postcard Tuscan landscape; dinner will be a restaurant where there are no English menus.​​
Day Five
experience some wonderful under-the-radar locations; a town which isn't in the guidebooks, and a lunch venue which still isn't but soon will be - an easy afternoon relaxing at iCastagni or wandering the village follows and then your evening will draw together all the beauty, authenticity, and wonderful foods, wines, and flavours you have experienced during the week.
